About the Role
This is a dynamic, multi-functional position that blends administrative duties, supplier pricing updates, and customer service. Any skills that you have in Information Technology will also be fully utilized. If you enjoy wearing different hats, learning new things quickly, and working with great people, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do
- Handle general administrative tasks and office coordination
- Update supplier pricing and maintain accurate records
- Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with basic IT needs and troubleshooting
- Work closely with team members to keep operations running smoothly

Location: Ipswich, MA (North Shore)
Position Requires:
- Be reliable and on time for work everyday
- Interact with customers and suppliers, on the phone and in our facility, on a daily basis
- Be capable of effective and professional communications through phone conversations and email correspondence
- Use of basic software programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Use of our Prophet 21 business system (we will train)
- Have some mechanical aptitude and an interest in manufacturing, machines, and how things are made
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- A positive attitude and generally pleasant personality
