Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional experience or education in customer service is a plus
- English fluency
