Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Personnel to join our 2nd shift team in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role involves operating production equipment, supporting material handling, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Candidates should be comfortable working with mixers, blenders, and bagging lines as part of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment including millers, blenders, and bagging lines
- Perform repetitive lifting of materials up to 55 lbs throughout the shift
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Accurately complete basic production paperwork and documentation
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Assist with material handling and staging of raw materials
- Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements
- Support general production tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with production rooms, machinery, and moving equipment
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Forklift experience preferred (not required)
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus
