Position Overview
Todd Reed International is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee inventory control, order processing, and logistics across retail and wholesale channels. This role ensures accurate stock management, efficient order flow, and seamless coordination between production, sales, accounting, and shipping. You will maintain vendor and client data, oversee facility and supply needs, and support daily showroom operations. This position is critical to safeguarding high-value assets and driving operational efficiency in a luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Oversee retail, wholesale, and stock inventory, ensuring accuracy and zero loss.
- Maintain SKUs, model numbers, BOMs, and item records.
- Conduct regular counts, audits, and adjustments.
- Organize and present stock, including tagging, packaging, and vault security.
- Maintain and update metal and material costs for pricing accuracy.
Order Processing & Production Coordination
- Manage special orders, stock orders, repairs, and alterations.
- Create and track open jobs in Logicmate, ensuring accurate scheduling, labor tracking, and quality control.
- Monitor order flow to guarantee timely completion and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the workshop on materials usage and job status.
Memo & Consignment Management
- Issue, track, and receive memos; maintain consignment contracts, renewals, and expirations.
- Manage LORs, COIs, and return timelines for memoed goods.
- Prepare documentation for events or trunk shows.
- Invoice all memo-related sales and returns.
Purchasing & Vendor Coordination
- Create and reconcile purchase orders and vendor shipments.
- Manage vendor returns, discrepancies, and relationships.
- Procure operational and showroom supplies, including raw materials as needed.
- Process payables, receivables, and reconcile invoices.
- Manage relationships with vendors.
Shipping & Receiving
- Oversee domestic and international shipping and receiving operations.
- Prepare and package shipments according to SOP; maintain logs, tracking, and cost records.
- File required documentation (EEI) and ensure proper storage, tagging, and security of received goods.
Accounting, Showroom & Administrative Support
- Generate and maintain monthly accounting and inventory reports.
- Support pricing analysis, maintain cost templates, and resolve AP/AR or memo discrepancies.
- Manage quotes, pricing, COA documentation, and consignment/insurance compliance.
- Create and distribute monthly stock catalogs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Data- and systems-fluent, with expertise in POS/ERP systems, Excel, and reporting.
- Proven experience managing inventory and operations (luxury, fine jewelry, or high-touch sectors preferred)
- Experienced in vendor management, purchasing, and supply coordination.
- Knowledgeable in domestic/international shipping, consignment, and compliance documentation.
- Strong team collaborator with excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, presentation-focused, and committed to operational excellence.
