Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) — Full-Time — New Grads Welcome

What You'll Do
- Prepare treatment rooms and patients so providers can start on time
- Assist chairside: setup, suction, passing instruments, retraction, and documentation
- Take and process x-rays, impressions, and study casts accurately
- Provide clear patient education and post-op instructions
- Maintain strict sterilization and infection control standards
- Accurately chart in our electronic records system
- Support dental emergencies and keep current BLS/CPR
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, can-do culture
What You Bring
- Active Texas RDA license (or in-process and able to obtain prior to start—we can help you navigate)
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to complete before start date)
- Strong communication, empathy, and patient-first mindset
- Comfort with dental software and learning new systems
- High standards, attention to detail, and reliability
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment
- Experience is a plus, but not required for the right learner
