We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing practice with quality patient care as the top priority.
Requirements
While we prefer a seasoned and experienced provider, we are willing to consider new graduates as well.
Licensed to practice dentistry in the state of Connecticut
Skilled at performing basic General Dentistry procedures
Ability to perform thorough and quality patient exams and willingness to perform same day treatment to emergency patients if applicable
Compensation and Benefits
We offer above average market rates for our providers, and our providers always have the potential to earn more with their quarterly production bonus.
Our current compensation package includes
A guaranteed daily minimum base pay ($750-$900/Day) or 33% of net adjusted production-whichever is higher
