PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- MINIMUM of 2 - 4 years of Clinical Experience, post-residency
- DDS or DMD from an accredited university, active CT license in good standing, and active/in process DEA license
- Proficient in Extractions a plus
- Root Canal experience preferred
- Ethical patient-centric provider
- Coachable, Team-Oriented
- Great work ethic, motivated for success
