Got a head for numbers and a heart for people? We're looking for a Financial Coordinator to join our Millard team. You'll be the person who helps patients understand their treatment plan and what it costs — clearly, honestly, and without the jargon.

What you'll do:

Walk patients through their treatment plan and payment options in financial consults, so they always know what to expect

Keep a close eye on accounts receivable and help patients stay on track with payments

Post payments, run statements, and handle end-of-day reconciliation

Verify insurance benefits and help patients get the most out of their coverage

Be a warm, welcoming face at the front desk — because how we treat people matters just as much as what we say

What you'll bring:

A high school diploma or GED

Comfort with computers and everyday office software

Great communication skills — you listen first, then explain things simply

A proactive, team-first attitude (we build each other up here)

Prior dental office or AR/collections experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
