Toca blends globally inspired tapas with an innovative beverage program featuring craft cocktails, signature sorbet cocktails, late-night espresso & specialty lattes, lunch options, Sunday brunch, and a full-service bar. We are seeking high-energy, passionate Bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love delivering exceptional guest experiences from daytime lunches and weekend brunches through late-night service. No prior experience is necessary—we are happy to train candidates who bring the right enthusiasm, work ethic, and positive attitude!
Key Responsibilities
- Craft Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve signature cocktails, handcrafted sorbet cocktails, espresso drinks/lattes, wine, draft beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to Toca’s recipes and quality standards.
- Guest Hospitality: Deliver warm, attentive service at the bar, engage guests with menu recommendations, and build rapport with regulars across all shifts (lunch, Sunday brunch, and late night).
- Bar Operations & Cleanliness: Maintain an organized, stocked, and impeccably clean bar setup before, during, and after service while upholding strict safety and sanitation standards.
- Service Speed & Precision: Handle bar execution efficiently during peak hours, weekend brunches, and late-night service without compromising quality or presentation.
- Inventory & Prep: Assist in bar prep (juices, garnishes, specialty syrups, sorbet pairings) and monitor stock levels to ensure smooth service flow.
- POS & Cash Handling: Accurately enter orders and process guest payments using the POS system.
Qualifications & Requirements
