Medical Front Office Receptionist
TOC Eye and Face, located in Central Austin, is currently seeking a full-time Front Office Receptionist. Candidates should have previous experience with medical insurance, authorization and referral acquisition, exceptional phone and customer service skills, and enjoy a busy work environment. Familiarity with patient collections, appointment scheduling, and knowledge of the NextGen system are beneficial for this position. Travel to multiple locations within the greater Central Texas region is required. Bilingual candidates (English & Spanish) are encouraged to apply.
