What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Chef position at Toasted Hospitality?
Knowledge of opening and closing procedures
At least 2 years experience as a line cook in a scratch kitchen
Knowledge of cleanliness and sanitation practices
Able to work each station on line or at least trained on them
Able to follow clear and concise instructions and/or recipes
Understanding that we work as a team and help when and where is needed.

We are looking to fill a rare opening for a line cook position at The Lyric Opera Chicago, The Florian and Eaves within the building. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible but carefully taking every detail under consideration when selecting applicants.
The ideal candidate will be able to communicate efficiently, take direction from the Executive Chef and take ownership of their stations, as can easily turn into a lead position. This position will be mostly closing shift with some openings days, determining by shows and demand of business.
