Job Overview: We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to support our social strategists in social content planning, production and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and manage social media content calendars that support our clients' brand and social goals.
• Own creative copywriting and caption copywriting across clients, with a proven ability to switch between client tones and voices.
• Be comfortable doing health/medical-related research to inform content creation.
• Schedule and post content across platforms according to approved social calendars.
• Assist in content creation, when needed, including filming, video editing, light graphic design and copywriting.
• Be comfortable appearing as on-camera talent in brand social media content.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years experience working on brand social media channels.
• Experience executing brand social media content, from concept to production to deployment.
• Should feel excited about and comfortable appearing in video content.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for social media trends and online communities.
• Experience with social media management tools (Sprout Social) is a plus.
