Job Opportunity: Coffee Cart Manager / Barista
We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused individual to manage and operate our mobile coffee cart at various local events!
Position Overview
As our Coffee Cart Manager, you will represent our brand at exciting community events including local farmers markets, county fairs, graduation parties, weddings, and more. This is a fantastic role for someone who loves people, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and wants to help grow a small business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down the coffee cart at each event
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other menu items
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
- Help identify and pursue new business opportunities and future events
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Become Food Certified in the state of WI.
Compensation:
- Base wage: $9 – $12 per hour (depending on experience)
- You keep 100% of all tips earned at every event
- Flexible, event-based scheduling (great for part-time or supplemental income)
This is a perfect opportunity for students, hospitality professionals, or anyone who enjoys working outdoors and meeting new people. Previous barista or food service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
