About the Role:
The Human Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals and families within the community. Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a human services or social work role.
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or a related field.
- Experience in program development and evaluation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage community outreach programs to connect individuals with necessary services.
- Collaborate with local organizations and government agencies to coordinate resources and services.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
- Provide training and support to staff involved in service delivery.
