Job Opportunity: Hybrid BCBA – Join the To the Moon ABA Therapy Team

To the Moon ABA Therapy is a woman-owned, BCBA-owned ABA organization built around a simple belief: quality care should come first.

We are intentionally a small organization. We are not focused on becoming the largest ABA provider or taking on as many clients as possible. Instead, we are focused on building a company where we can remain connected to our clients, families, and employees while providing the level of clinical oversight and individualized care that every family deserves.

We are looking for a passionate, ethical, and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work across clinic-based, home-based, and telehealth services, providing flexibility while allowing you to gain experience across different service models.

Why To the Moon?

We believe that the quality of care our clients receive is directly connected to how our employees are treated.

At To the Moon, we strive to create an environment where:

  • Quality comes before quantity. Clinical decisions should be based on what is appropriate for each individual client, not simply productivity targets or caseload volume.
  • Small is intentional. Remaining a smaller organization allows leadership to stay involved, accessible, and responsive.
  • Work-life balance matters. We want our BCBAs to build sustainable careers while still having time for their families, interests, and lives outside of work.
  • Fairness and equality matter. We strive to maintain clear expectations and treat employees consistently, respectfully, and equitably.
  • Your clinical judgment matters. We want BCBAs to have the autonomy to make thoughtful clinical decisions while knowing they have leadership support when they need it.
  • Communication goes both ways. Questions, concerns, feedback, and ideas are welcome. We believe employees should feel comfortable communicating openly with leadership.
  • Families are an important part of treatment. We value meaningful caregiver involvement and respect each family's individual circumstances, priorities, and goals.
  • Professional growth should be supported. We want our clinicians to continue learning and developing without feeling like they have to sacrifice their work-life balance to do so.
  • People should be recognized. We believe clinical excellence, teamwork, reliability, and genuine care for our clients and one another should be acknowledged.

We are continuing to grow, but we are committed to growing thoughtfully without losing the relationships, responsiveness, and quality standards that make a small organization special.

If you are looking for a highly corporate environment with multiple layers of management and limited day-to-day connection with leadership, we may not be the right fit. If you are looking for a close-knit, clinician-led organization where your voice matters and the quality of your work is valued, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA, you will provide clinical leadership to clients, families, and the team members you supervise while helping us maintain the high standard of care that To the Moon is committed to providing.

Clinical Responsibilities
  • Develop individualized treatment plans, goals, and objectives based on each client's unique needs.
  • Conduct and interpret skills assessments, including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland, PEAK, AFLS, and other appropriate assessment tools.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Oversee Behavior Technicians (BTs) and RBTs, ensuring treatment plans and behavior protocols are implemented appropriately and ethically.
  • Provide face-to-face and telehealth supervision, including a minimum of monthly in-person support.
  • Conduct parent training and support meaningful family involvement in treatment planning and skill generalization.
  • Collaborate with families, technicians, other BCBAs, and multidisciplinary professionals to promote continuity of care.
  • Review and analyze data to monitor client progress and make appropriate treatment modifications.
  • Complete monthly and quarterly treatment reports and other required clinical documentation.
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and fieldwork students pursuing BCBA certification.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, support, and clinical guidance to the team members you supervise.
  • Advocate for individualized, ethical, and clinically appropriate treatment for every client.

Team & Administrative Responsibilities
  • Utilize the Rethink Behavioral Health database for data collection, progress notes, and clinical documentation.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect client confidentiality.
  • Provide timely communication regarding client and staff schedules.
  • Make appropriate updates and adjustments to schedules to support continuity of care.
  • Conduct monthly competency assessments for BTs/RBTs.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and clinically meaningful documentation.
  • Communicate openly with leadership regarding clinical concerns, staffing needs, barriers, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in team collaboration and contribute ideas that strengthen both clinical quality and the employee experience.

Compensation & Benefits

We want our benefits to reflect the same philosophy we bring to our clinical services: support the whole person, not just the employee.

Medical, Vision & Dental Support

Receive a monthly stipend of up to $200 toward medical, vision, and dental coverage.

Receive a 3% employer match after 90 days of employment.

We believe good work should be recognized.

  • Quarterly $50 Amazon gift card for clinical resources.
  • Bonusly reward points redeemable for cash or gift cards.
  • Additional opportunities to recognize team members who support our clients, families, and one another.

Paid Time Off
  • 10 PTO days per year
  • 11 paid holidays

We want our clinicians to be able to take time off, recharge, and enjoy their lives outside of work.

Bonus Opportunities

For BCBAs who choose to take on additional billable hours:

  • $250 biweekly bonus for achieving 60 billable hours.
  • $500 biweekly bonus for achieving 70 billable hours.

These bonus opportunities are available for clinicians who want to take on additional hours; we do not believe that working the maximum possible number of hours should be the only measure of a successful BCBA.

What You Can Expect at To the Moon

At To the Moon, we want our team members to know who they work with, know who they can turn to for support, and feel that their work genuinely matters.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Work across clinic-based, home-based, and telehealth service models.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
  • Work directly with an accessible and supportive leadership team.
  • Have flexibility while maintaining strong clinical standards.
  • Build a career that supports work-life balance and long-term sustainability.
  • Work within a woman-owned and BCBA-owned organization.
  • Be part of a company that values fairness, equality, respect, and open communication.
  • Have a voice in the organization and contribute ideas as we continue to grow.
  • Mentor and support the development of future clinicians.
  • Continue growing professionally without sacrificing your life outside of work.
  • Be part of a small team that genuinely cares about doing things well.

We're not trying to be the biggest ABA provider. We're focused on being an organization that clients trust, families value, and employees are proud to be part of.

If you're a BCBA looking for a place where quality matters, your clinical judgment is respected, your work is recognized, and you can build a sustainable career, we'd love to meet you.

If you're looking for a BCBA role where quality matters, relationships matter, and your voice matters, we'd love to hear from you.
