Job Description
Summary
Responsible for providing administrative support to the escrow team, this includes dealing with details of a highly confidential nature. Collects and prepares documents in the opening and closing of orders, assisting escrow principals, their lenders and/or agents in the closing of escrows.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Maintain expected production levels and delivery standards of services
- Enters required information into the escrow operating system
- Navigate and research data via multiple sources
- Assists with customer service and administrative duties
- Provides support to obtain the appropriate escrow documentation in accordance with policy and procedures and applicable state and federal regulations
- Other duties as assigned by manager

No supervisory responsibilities in this position
Competency Standards:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate the requirements listed below.
- Escrow experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment with quick turn-around timelines while maintaining accuracy on a daily basis
- Should have good organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks during the day and have the flexibility to reprioritize based on the direction of management and needs of customer
- Should have good customer service skills – able to listen to issues and work on solutions or efficiently communicate to your supervisor
- Must remain professional even when dealing with heavy workload and changing priorities
- Should have good written and verbal communication
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Should be able to touch type
Education and/or Experience:
Two years working in escrow operations desired but not require
