Available Position - Journeyman Installer (Advancement Potential)
We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Installer who takes pride in professional craftsmanship and dependable field execution. This role is ideal for a motivated individual interested in long-term growth and future leadership opportunities.
New team members begin with a hands-on integration period to learn our shop-to-field standards, workflows, and quality expectations. Strong performance may lead to advancement into a Foreman role as opportunities arise.
Core Technical Requirements
- Specialty Carpentry: Advanced experience with High-Pressure Laminate (HPL), including accurate scribing to field conditions
- Commercial Casework: Layout and installation of reception desks, nurse stations, and complex assemblies
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret architectural drawings, sections, and layout dimensions
- Architectural Hardware: Installation and adjustment of commercial-grade pulls, hinges, slides, and locking systems
