Proudly made in the USA at our facility in Boise, Idaho, we serve clients across the Western United States and Canada, primarily in the hospitality and housing industries. With a strong focus on multi-family and multi-story apartments and hotels, our projects are custom-built to meet local codes, client specifications, and architectural design requirements.
Guerdon LLC is seeking experienced Cabinet Installers and Plumbers. Specialists- We have immediate openings for each role at our Boise Idaho Location.
Responsibilities:
Plumber – plumbers install, assemble, and repair pipes, valves, fittings, and fixtures for heating, water, and drainage systems in accordance with specifications and applicable codes. They prepare project spaces by cutting openings in walls and floors, accurately cut and thread pipe, and join materials using screws, bolts, fittings, and solder.
Cabinet Installers- will be responsible for installing paint and stain grade trim, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship. The Cabinet Installers will have experience in carpentry and construction, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality finishes in residential and commercial projects.

- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 2-4 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. (Preferred)
- Cabinet Installation: 2 years. (Preferred)
- Plumbing: 2 years. (Preferred)
- Prior experience in one of the positions Plumbing - Cabinetry - in a Construction/Manufacturing environment.
- Experience utilizing hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on industry standards and techniques.
- Compliance with all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Participate and uphold safety practices and promote a safety-first culture.
- Must have reliable transportation and stellar attendance with the ability to work overtime when required to meet project deadlines.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients efficiently.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site effectively.
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
- Ability to organize and work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, including navigating indoor construction environment
- Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and handling materials.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50Ibs.
- Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and scaffolding as needed to inspect work sites.
- Capable of working in various environmental conditions, including exposure to outdoor weather, dust, and noise typical of construction sites.
- Ability to use hands to operate equipment and construction-related tools.
- Visual acuity to read blueprints, technical documents, and computer screens.
- Hearing ability to communicate effectively in a noisy environment.
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces.
- Ability to work in shared space.
