What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at TNT Growth?
About Us
We’re TNT Growth – a performance-driven agency that helps leading companies acquire more leads and more customers. Our core focus is on Paid Search management, conversion rate optimization, and reporting & analytics. Our team is sharp, collaborative, and results-obsessed. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, want to grow quickly, and actually care about your impact – you’ll love it here.
Former and current clients include: Salesforce, Gusto, Formula 1 Miami, Sweet James, and more.
The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Project Manager to support the Growth Team’s Head of Performance and lead cross-functional operations that keep programs moving smoothly and on budget. In this role, you'll own program execution, pacing, onboarding, and playbook development across the Growth team.
You’ll be the connective tissue ensuring processes are followed, KPI targets are met, and client communications stay timely and accurate. This role reports to the Head of Performance and collaborates with the Chief Strategist, GM, A-Team, Creative, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients.
What Success Looks Like
You are extremely detail oriented, and relentless in making sure the team is updating tasks, pacing sheets, etc. Success means projects are delivered on time and within budget, onboarding is smooth, SOPs are created and maintained, and client updates are consistent. You’ll proactively identify blockers (e.g., GM delays) and surface them to leadership with practical recommendations. You’ll maintain clean documentation, dashboards, and playbooks that the Growth team relies on daily.
You are someone that thrives when building relationships within the growth team and across departments, where holding everyone accountable in the day-to-day becomes a reminder of support between teammates, instead of a nagging obstacle.
