TNT is looking to add a full-time AP Administrator to our growing Branch. Summary: The AP Administrator performs routine clerical, secretarial and administrative work in answering telephones, receiving the public, providing customer assistance, data entry and processing, record-keeping, and other respective accounts payable functions as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be punctual and available for job task.
• Must have good “Customer Relations” skills and the ability to communicate with external Customers.
• Must be able to cooperate with others in team environment for training and conference on operational issues
• Minimum of 3 years of working in an administrative assistant role
• Ability to handle large volume of extensive phone calls.
• Ability to read, interpret, and write reports legibly in English.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and meet work deadlines.
• Ability to type a minimum of 45 wpm
