TND Geomatics is growing rapidly, and we're looking for an experienced Survey CAD Technician / Point Cloud Specialist to join our team immediately.
We're seeking a highly motivated professional who can hit the ground running and help support our expanding portfolio of municipal, transportation, commercial, infrastructure, utility, and land development projects throughout Texas.

What You'll Do
* Create survey deliverables using
Civil 3D.* Process survey, LiDAR, and drone data into accurate mapping products.
* Support boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, platting, and construction projects.
* Perform field-to-finish drafting and quality control reviews.
* Collaborate with field crews and project managers to deliver high-quality results.
Qualifications Required
* 3 years of Land Survey CAD drafting ex
perience.* Strong proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D.
* Knowledge of boundary surveying, topographic surveying, construction surveying, and platting workflows.
* Ability to interpret field notes, sketches, and survey data.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred
* Experience with Trimble Business Center, Global Mapper Pro, ReGrid, or similar software.
* Experience processing LiDAR and drone photogrammetry datasets.
* Familiarity with Leica and Trimble survey equipment.
* FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot License (or willingness to obtain).
* Knowledge of Texas surveying practices and TBPELS requirements.
