Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive car wash services using various cleaning techniques and equipment to ensure vehicles are spotless inside and out
- Execute detailed interior cleaning, including vacuuming, dusting, window cleaning, and upholstery care
- Apply buffing and polishing techniques to enhance vehicle appearance and remove minor scratches or imperfections
- Conduct exterior washing, including tire cleaning, waxing, and drying to achieve a high-gloss finish
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment to uphold safety and quality standards
- Assist with additional detailing tasks such as window tinting or minor cosmetic repairs as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions and ensuring satisfaction throughout the process
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Experience with car wash procedures and detailing techniques
- Knowledge of buffing, polishing, cleaning, and custodial practices
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience is a plus
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record for moving vehicles when necessary
- Familiarity with window tinting or similar vehicle customization services is desirable
