What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Consultant position at TMV Global Inc?
This role will be based in Urbandale, IA and is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. In this role you will develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Core to this role will be your ability to build relationships and leverage business development skills to win multiple franchise owners. This role has an excellent base salary and is supported by a dynamic commission plan. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients, effectively prioritizing leads and managing follow-up activities throughout the sales cycle.
Manage and nurture opportunities within the sales pipeline to help convert prospects into clients.
Collaborate with internal sales teams and colleagues to share industry knowledge, sales strategies, and best practices for engaging franchise business owners.
Continuously enhance sales skills and stay informed on new insurance offerings, market trends, and evolving business environments.
Required Qualifications:
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Strong background in consultative or solution-based sales.
2–3 years of experience in commercial insurance sales or commercial lines insurance.
Salary : $75,000
