Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of project management, including proposal development, scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and invoicing.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, internal teams, subcontractors, regulatory agencies, and senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully execute project deliverables.
- Prepare technical documentation such as reports, permit applications, and work plans.
- Oversee project execution, including field staff scheduling and coordination with laboratories, subcontractors, and vendors for equipment procurement.
- Analyze and interpret technical data, including tables, graphs, and figures.
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior staff.
- Ensure safe work practices in both office and field environments.
- Participate in occasional out-of-town fieldwork under varying weather conditions.
- Apply sound judgment and ethical decision-making while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Support additional responsibilities as needed to meet project and organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Pennsylvania Professional Geologist (PG) license preferred (not mandatory).
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in hydrogeologic and/or environmental consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania’s Land Recycling Act 2 Program and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs).
- Excellent technical writing skills with strong QA/QC capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work extended hours when required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company and client safety protocols.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
