Role - General Manager – Environmental Services (EVS)

📍 Grand Forks, North Dakota

🏥 Onsite | Full-Time

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage Environmental Services (EVS) operations in a healthcare setting
• Drive patient and client satisfaction through high-quality service delivery
• Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant environment (partnering closely with Infection Control teams)
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and performance management
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls
• Lead projects, process improvements, and quality initiatives
• Build strong relationships with hospital leadership and stakeholders
• Manage vendor partnerships, contracts, and service agreements
• Foster a diverse, inclusive, and engaged team culture

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 5 years of management experience
• 3–5 years in a Director/Leadership role in Environmental Services, Housekeeping, or Custodial operations
• Experience in healthcare/hospital environments preferred
• Strong background in budget management, vendor management, or contract negotiations
• Ability to lead teams, drive compliance, and deliver results
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
