Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR and Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As an HR and Talent Acquisition Specialist at TMTNSBRO, you will play a critical role in recruiting, onboarding, and managing our organization’s workforce. Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Develop and maintain effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct candidate interviews, assess qualifications, and facilitate the hiring decision-making process.
• Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Manage employee relations, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and conducting exit interviews.
• Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate and organized employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR programs, initiatives, and training.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR and talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in HR and talent acquisition roles, preferably in a technology or creative industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Proficiency in HR software and systems for recruitment and record-keeping.
• Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is advantageous.
