Responsibilities
- Perform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, carpentry, electrical repairs, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.
- Inspect and identify equipment or machines in need of repair.
- Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs.
- Plan and schedule repairs, perform preventative maintenance activities, and coordinate with external contractors when necessary.
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
- Respond quickly to emergency situations, such as electrical outages.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.
