Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM clinical / 12:00 PM–4:00 PM administrative
Lunch: 12:00 PM–1:00 PM
Ongoing coverage is expected beginning March 2027 as additional schedules are released.

Patient Population

• 100% Adult

• Approximately 25 patients per day

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient Neurology coverage

• Evaluate new patient consultations

• Manage established Neurology patients

• Provide ongoing neurologic management and follow-up care

• Perform Botox injections for migraines if credentialed and experienced

• Perform EMGs

• Interpret EEGs

• Medical Assistant support available

Requirements:

NPs:

• AANP or ANCC certification required

PAs:

• NCCPA certification required

Additional Requirements:

• Arizona license highly preferred; Arizona licensure will be required for credentialing

• ACLS and BLS highly preferred; must be willing to obtain during credentialing

• DEA highly preferred

• Clean malpractice history and background required

• Cerner experience required
