Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM clinical / 12:00 PM–4:00 PM administrative
Lunch: 12:00 PM–1:00 PM
Ongoing coverage is expected beginning March 2027 as additional schedules are released.

Patient Population
- 100% Adult
- Approximately 25 patients per day
- Provide outpatient Neurology coverage
- Evaluate new patient consultations
- Manage established Neurology patients
- Provide ongoing neurologic management and follow-up care
- Perform Botox injections for migraines if credentialed and experienced
- Perform EMGs
- Interpret EEGs
- Medical Assistant support available
NPs:
- AANP or ANCC certification required
- NCCPA certification required
- Arizona license highly preferred; Arizona licensure will be required for credentialing
- ACLS and BLS highly preferred; must be willing to obtain during credentialing
- DEA highly preferred
- Clean malpractice history and background required
- Cerner experience required
