Job Title: Client PartnerLocation: NY, NJ (Requires travel to client locations in New York, North Carolina, and Michigan)Duration: Full Time Account Management & Growth (Existing Logos)Manage and grow relationships with existing clients by identifying new business opportunities.Collaborate with delivery and account teams to ensure high client satisfaction and successful engagement delivery.Drive account expansion through cross-selling and upselling of services and solutions.Maintain regular communication with client stakeholders to understand evolving business needs.General ResponsibilitiesAchieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting.Partner with internal teams to align client needs with service delivery capabilities.Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.Required Skills & Experience7-15 years of proven experience within IT consulting, professional services.Demonstrated success in both growing existing accounts.Strong understanding of IT service models, consulting practices, and project-based engagements.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to manage and engage with senior-level executives (CIOs, IT Directors, Procurement Heads).Experience with CRM systems for pipeline management and reporting.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.Knowledge of IT technologies such as Application Development, Automation, AWS Cloud and Data & Analytics (data bricks)
Salary : $72,000 - $130,000
