Leadership Responsibilities
As Program Director, you will oversee operations and lead a team providing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Oversee operations of up to four community-based IDD programs
- Hire, train, supervise, and develop program staff
- Ensure person-centered services that support independence and quality of life
- Manage budgets, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
- Build relationships with families, stakeholders, and community partners
- Provide leadership support and occasional on-call coverage to maintain program stability
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years’ Human Services experience are preferred
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and required state certifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
