At Sambi Japanese Restaurant, our mission is to create a dining experience where guests can enjoy honest, well-crafted Japanese food in a calm and welcoming setting. Sambi has been cherished in the community for many years, and as we prepare for our renewal and relaunch, we are thoughtfully updating the restaurant—not only the menu, but the entire atmosphere and experience.

Compensation:
- $16.30/hr (no tips) during Trial-Training Period (1–3 weeks depending on performance)
- Starting at $17/hr after training tips
Hours Available:
- Dinner shift: Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, & Sun
- Shifts may vary depending on your schedule and our service needs
- Preferred sushi experience, but not required—we can train you
