Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Treatment Coordinator/Office Manager based in West Orange, NJ. The role involves managing day-to-day office operations, coordinating patient treatment plans, handling insurance-related processes, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining communication with patients and collaborating with the clinical team to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Treatment Planning and coordinating personalized patient care
- Proficiency in medical EMR software
- Knowledge of medical insurance processes, including claims, verification, and billing
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to foster positive patient experiences
- Ability to manage office operations efficiently and maintain a professional environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or office management preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
