We’re A1 Garage Door Service — growing fast and building something big. For the next 3 months, we need a creative, get-it-done Instructional Designer to help us deliver training that sticks.
? Your Mission
?? Partner with trainers & SMEs to design high-impact learning experiences
?? Build interactive e-learning in Articulate 360 & create learning paths in Schoox
?? Develop job aids, quick guides, and videos that simplify complex topics
?? Adapt content for different audiences — from field techs to office staff
? Manage multiple deliverables and hit tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
?? Apply adult learning principles so training actually changes behavior
?? What You Bring
? 3 years of instructional design experience
? Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) — Schoox a plus
? Strong project management & organization skills
? Excellent communication & collaboration skills
? Ability to work fast, stay flexible, and still produce polished work
