What You’ll Do
- Lead and support organization-wide HR initiatives across multiple business entities
- Evaluate and improve HR systems, policies, processes, and workflows to support continued growth
- Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, compliance, organizational development, and risk management
- Partner with leadership teams to strengthen manager support, communication, and operational alignment
- Mentor and develop members of the HR team while fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented culture
- Support benefits strategy, vendor relationships, and high-level HR operational initiatives
- Help create scalable HR infrastructure while remaining actively involved in day-to-day operations
- Bring fresh ideas, practical solutions, and proven experience from similarly sized organizations
- Progressive HR leadership experience within a mid-sized, growth-oriented organization
- Strong operational and strategic HR experience across multiple functional areas
- Experience supporting multi-state operations preferred
- Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization
- Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certifications strongly preferred
- Property management industry experience is a plus, but not required
