About the Role
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you'll engage with customers who contact us through phone, email, chat, or online inquiries. Your primary focus will be understanding customer needs, providing product or service information, and guiding prospects through the sales process to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
What You'll DoCustomer Engagement & Sales
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Educate customers on features, benefits, pricing, and available promotions
- Build rapport and establish trust through consultative selling techniques
- Convert qualified inquiries into sales opportunities
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
Customer Support & Relationship Building
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Address customer questions, concerns, and objections effectively
- Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate
- Maintain positive customer relationships and encourage long-term loyalty
- Ensure a seamless and professional customer experience
Administrative & Operational Support
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in company systems
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and account information
- Track sales opportunities and follow-up activities
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to support customer needs
- Follow company policies, procedures, and sales standards
