Duties/Responsibilities:

You will sell OnePointe Solutions products and related services to prospective clients in targeted industries. You will be given sales targets, quotas, and KPIs while handling leads and inbound calls to convert to sales. We expect sales representatives to contribute towards optimizing our approach towards sales and set targets/ quotas. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact by helping OnePointe improve client lab environments. We offer a competitive salary, with OTE between $65,000 and $100,000 annually, benefits packages, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Consistently follow up with leads and customers timely
  • Maintain accurate and timely records.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

 

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Lab furniture and equipment industry experience
  • Familiarity with estimating software such as BlueBeam, Excel, Word, or similar programs
  • Analytical skills
  • Business Development

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
