The Production Control Coordinator is an entry-level leadership role responsible for serving as the liaison between the Warehouse Manager and the shop floor. This position helps ensure smooth order flow, accurate picking, and timely movement of work between warehouse, production, quality, customer service, and packing operations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate effectively across multiple departments. This role is designed to relieve workload from the Warehouse Manager by supporting daily production coordination and execution.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between the Warehouse Manager and the shop floor processing teams

Deliver and distribute pick tickets to the shop floor for order processing

Monitor order progress and communicate status updates to relevant departments

Perform quality inspections / verification checks to ensure orders are picked to the correct:

Coordinate with Customer Service to identify and prioritize small orders

Ensure small orders are delivered to the pack stations in a timely manner for processing and shipment

Help maintain workflow organization between picking, inspection, packing, and shipping

Escalate discrepancies, shortages, incorrect picks, or delays to the Warehouse Manager

Support documentation accuracy and process compliance throughout the order fulfillment flow

Assist with other warehouse coordination and production support tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
