Shop Assistant

Job Description:

We’re looking for a hands-on Shop Assistant to support daily operations in our production and warehouse areas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, staying organized, and staying involved in a variety of tasks—from running 3D printers to assembling products and keeping inventory in order.

What You’ll Do

• Help build, prep, and package products as part of the production workflow
• Gather components and materials needed for orders and manufacturing
• Keep inventory and storage areas tidy, labeled, and well organized
• Assist with general shop duties such as cleaning, organizing workspaces, and basic equipment care
• Operate and oversee several 3D printers to maintain print consistency and minimize downtime (local travel may be required)

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and dependable personal transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of routine work
• Independent worker with good initiative
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hands-on troubleshooting
• Familiarity with common shop tools (drills, saws, basic hand tools)
• Prior exposure to 3D printing is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
