Job Description:
We’re looking for a hands-on Shop Assistant to support daily operations in our production and warehouse areas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, staying organized, and staying involved in a variety of tasks—from running 3D printers to assembling products and keeping inventory in order.
What You’ll Do
- Help build, prep, and package products as part of the production workflow
- Gather components and materials needed for orders and manufacturing
- Keep inventory and storage areas tidy, labeled, and well organized
- Assist with general shop duties such as cleaning, organizing workspaces, and basic equipment care
- Operate and oversee several 3D printers to maintain print consistency and minimize downtime
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and dependable personal transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of routine work
- Independent worker with good initiative
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hands-on troubleshooting
- Familiarity with common shop tools (drills, saws, basic hand tools)
- Prior exposure to 3D printing is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
