Responsibilities
· Manage Onboarding for new associates, including training and understanding of company policies
· Handle client disputes and escalations
· Periodically attending to emails, calls, and other client correspondence
· Conduct financial analysis and reporting of current staff members
· Posses the ability to identify and address potential risk and opportunities for the company
Skills & Qualifications
BA Degree (preferred)
Trustworthy & Strong Leadership skills
5 years’ experience (required)
Must have HR background & experience in managing a tax & accounting firm
Must have prior tax experience
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 per year
