Job Description:
We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in/out guests efficiently and professionally.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries both in person and over the phone.
- Process payments, issue room keys, and maintain accurate guest records.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience (hotel experience preferred).
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, welcoming attitude.
- Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software is a plus.
