Job Description:

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in/out guests efficiently and professionally.
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries both in person and over the phone.
  • Process payments, issue room keys, and maintain accurate guest records.
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
  • Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience (hotel experience preferred).
  • Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Professional appearance and a friendly, welcoming attitude.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
