We are seeking senior-level Virtualization/Workstation Engineers to join a highly technical End User Platform Services team supporting enterprise-scale remote access, VDI, Citrix, and endpoint modernization initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a senior-level infrastructure engineer who combines deep hands-on virtualization expertise with strong enterprise platform strategy experience. They are someone who can independently own complex remote access and endpoint modernization initiatives while also communicating effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Ideal candidates will typically have:
- 7–15 years of enterprise infrastructure engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (on-prem and cloud)
- Deep understanding of virtualization, VDI environments, and Windows workstation platforms
- Experience modernizing remote access environments using Zscaler, Zero Trust (ZTNA), VPN, or similar technologies
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Citrix, networking, security, certificates, TLS, Active Directory, and endpoint platforms
- Experience integrating endpoint technologies with security and networking controls
- Exposure to Intune and modern endpoint management practices
- Experience supporting hybrid enterprise environments (cloud on-prem)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting and modernizing Citrix, VDI, VPN, and endpoint platforms
- Troubleshooting complex cross-platform issues involving security, networking, virtualization, and remote access
- Leading platform modernization efforts, including ZTNA strategy evaluation and Windows 11 migration initiatives
- Performing deep technical analysis around certificates, security policies, routing, and endpoint integrations
- Supporting proofs of technology (PoTs), pilots, testing, and operational readiness
- Creating executive-ready documentation, diagrams, architecture visuals, and technical narratives
- Serving as a senior escalation point and trusted technical advisor

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience
- 7 years supporting enterprise virtualization/end-user platforms
- Strong experience with Citrix, virtualization, remote access, or endpoint engineering
- Must be comfortable interfacing with leadership and producing technical documentation
- Ability to work independently in a senior-level role
