We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale school expansion project involving complex, multi-discipline construction. This is a high-visibility project with a tight schedule, strict safety requirements, and ongoing coordination within an active educational environment.The successful candidate will manage the project from pre-construction through close-out and will have the opportunity to remain with the company upon completion, supporting additional commercial and institutional projects.Project Scope IncludesStructural steel constructionConcrete foundations and superstructureFraming and envelope systemsElectrical, plumbing, and mechanical coordinationHigh-end interior finishesFlooring and roofing systemsSite work and exterior improvementsWork performed in an occupied school environmentKey ResponsibilitiesLead all phases of construction from planning through completionDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules and phasing plansCoordinate subcontractors, consultants, and vendors across all tradesEnforce site safety standards and compliance (OSHA and local regulations)Manage budgets, cost controls, change orders, and forecastingOversee quality control and ensure adherence to drawings and specificationsConduct regular project meetings with owners, architects, and inspectorsMaintain clear documentation, reporting, and communicationEnsure minimal disruption to school operations throughout constructionQualifications10 years of experience in commercial or institutional constructionProven experience managing complex, multi-trade projectsPrior experience with schools, occupied facilities, or phased construction strongly preferredStrong knowledge of steel, concrete, MEP, and finish coordinationAbility to manage aggressive schedules without compromising safety or qualityExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with construction management software (Procore or similar preferred)
