We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to handle daily administrative operations for our landscaping and snow removal services company. The ideal candidate has prior experience in landscaping, construction, or another skilled trade business and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities-
Manage day-to-day office operations
Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries
Schedule jobs and coordinate crews
Prepare estimates, invoices, and work orders
Follow up on outstanding invoices and manage collections
Track payments and assist with basic bookkeeping
Maintain customer and job records
Support manager and field staff as needed
Requirements-
3 years of office management experience (trade industry preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (or similar software)
Ability to multitask and work independently
Preferred
Landscaping or construction office experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
