Essential job duties include:

• Sign/check drivers into orientation.
• Collect the FMCSA & DOT required paperwork for hire and compile the Driver Qualification (DQ) file.
• Working with drivers to collect all items needed prior to completion of the qualification process.
• Conducting/introducing training and on-boarding modules.
• Scheduling DOT Physical and drug screenings for pre-employment purposes
• Being available for phone calls from our driving partners.
• Assist with travel needs.
• Shuttling the individuals in class to/from the hotel and terminal.
• Various projects as needed.
