Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Plumbing Service Manager to oversee plumbing operations and projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction management knowledge, and proficiency with industry-specific software. This role involves coordinating multiple projects, managing teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of plumbing services in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.
Duties
- Lead and manage plumbing service projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
- Utilize construction management software such as Service Titan for project scheduling, estimating, and resource allocation.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate project execution.
- Develop detailed construction estimates and bids using construction estimating tools.
- Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all phases of work.
- Coordinate project teams to optimize workflow and productivity while maintaining high safety standards.
- Facilitate effective communication to ensure project alignment and timely resolution of issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management with a focus on plumbing services or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of construction site operations, blueprint reading, schematics, and contracts.
- Proficiency with industry-specific software including Service Titan, and other construction management tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in project scheduling, project management, and project coordination.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Construction site experience with a solid understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
- Strong leadership capabilities with effective communication skills to manage teams and client relationships.

Pay: $75, $110,000.00 per year
