Plumbing Service Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Plumbing Service Manager to oversee plumbing operations and projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction management knowledge, and proficiency with industry-specific software. This role involves coordinating multiple projects, managing teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of plumbing services in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.

Duties

• Lead and manage plumbing service projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Oversee daily operations on construction sites, coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
• Utilize construction management software such as Service Titan for project scheduling, estimating, and resource allocation.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate project execution.
• Develop detailed construction estimates and bids using construction estimating tools.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all phases of work.
• Coordinate project teams to optimize workflow and productivity while maintaining high safety standards.
• Facilitate effective communication to ensure project alignment and timely resolution of issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management with a focus on plumbing services or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of construction site operations, blueprint reading, schematics, and contracts.
• Proficiency with industry-specific software including Service Titan, and other construction management tools.
• Demonstrated expertise in project scheduling, project management, and project coordination.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Construction site experience with a solid understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
• Strong leadership capabilities with effective communication skills to manage teams and client relationships.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in construction or plumbing are preferred but not mandatory. This role offers an opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead complex plumbing projects while utilizing advanced construction management technologies in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75, $110,000.00 per year
