We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the FSQA Administrator role at our food manufacturing facility located at 90 Stemmers Lane, Westampton, NJ 08060. The Administrator supports the Quality team by reviewing daily documentation and assisting with the maintenance of product labels in compliance with USDA regulations. This role is responsible for generating reports based on quality results, monitoring trends, and communicating findings to Production and Quality teams. The Administrator helps ensure records are accurate, organized, and compliant throughout the production process.
What will you be doing:
- Review and verify daily documents (e.g., HACCP records, SSOP logs, production records, pre-op inspections, monitoring logs, etc.) for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all documentation complies with USDA, FDA and other regulatory agencies, and company policies.
- Identify discrepancies, incomplete records, or non-compliance issues and communicate findings to QA management and production teams.
- Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and/or hard copy) for USDA and regulatory documentation.
- Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory audits and inspections.
- Assist with maintaining label revision control and documentation of approved labels.
- Assist in verifying label accuracy prior to production runs.
- Assist with internal audits and regulatory inspections as needed.
- Send trend reports out to production and quality management teams at required intervals
- Support general quality assurance administrative tasks as needed.
- Track corrective actions and ensure documentation is properly completed and filed.
