TLC Lingerie of Montana is a small business that specializes in Women's undergarments such as bras, lingerie, swim and many other items they need - right here in Billings, MT!
Our goal is to serve our customers with the upmost respect and kindness while getting them into the correct sizes they need! We are professionals that analyze each situation and specialize in helping customers find the right size and fit. We serve a wide range of customers based on our large inventory of small to large extended sizes that we offer.
We are currently expanding as we have added mobile services in addition to our in shop fitting services. We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team in both summer and permanent positions. We are seeking candidates who are truly passionate about helping others feel their best, possess a strong work ethic, and enjoy working closely with the public in a supportive environment. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Learning all Positions
Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, direct calls to department needed, advise of hours/days of operation
- Pull up customer data; verify and update if necessary - pull histories of purchases
- Coordinate projects and assist with project and tasks as needed
- Backup floater on floor - assist where needed
- Assist with various tasks as assigned by our Lead
- Put away freight and steam purchases
- Learn to fit customers in undergarments of all types with knowledge, care and kindness
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good listening skills and open to doing things a different way
- Able to learn computer programs and utilize data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
