The Marketing Manager manages and leads teams who are developing effective business development strategies, creating proposals, pursuing leads and qualifying future projects, while also providing training and support for less experienced marketing staff. The Marketing Manager balances marketing and business development activities, with the overall goal of creating opportunities for TLC.
Qualifications You’ll Need:
- College degree in area of expertise preferred
- 15 years of experience in A/E environment, with experience in business development and marketing
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Suite
- Ability to apply sound judgement while working independently in tight timelines.
- Strong computer skills and software knowledge
- CPSM strongly preferred
