The Marketing Specialist is responsible for maintaining the client relationship management (CRM) system, identifying potential clients and projects, creating project pages, leading the RFP / RFQ process, and executing client-facing events. TLC provides a defined career path and training at all levels.
Qualifications You’ll Need:
- A minimum of 3 years of marketing related experience (architecture, engineering, and construction industry experience preferred)
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Flexibility to work within varying deadlines and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
- Experience leading the RFP / RFQ process through the presentation phase.
- Proven ability to collaborate and communicate professionally with integrity including confidentiality with sensitive information
- Basic proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
- A basic understanding of the intricacies of engineering and design consulting services and day to day operations
Preferred Qualifications:
- An accredited bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related
